ENTRY FEE:                   Free, no Prizemoney,  

ENTRY SUBMISSION:      2pm-4pm Thursday 14 March 2024 – deliver directly to under the Grandstand along with your entry form. Entry forms can be downloaded from the website.

ENTRY COLLECTION:      Entries can be collected between 9am and 11am on Sunday 17 March 2024.

 

Special Regulations

  1. Fleece to be of not more than 380 days growth and skirted.

  2. Fleeces to be entered in one class only.

  3. Exhibitors entering fleeces from purchased sheep must state on entry form the name of the breeder of the sheep.

  4. No responsibility will be taken for any sheets, wool packs or plastic bags which must all be clearly marked. No boxes allowed.

  5. Judging will be by points allocated as per the judging system of the National Council of Wool Brokers of Australia.

  6. Uncollected fleeces will be sold with the money being donated to the Yass Show Society.

  7. All fleeces will be automatically entered into the highest value fleece sections.

NB: Classes 13, 19 and 20 are not eligible for Grand Champion Fleece  as they are judged on a different scoring system.
