$5 per class for each event.

Special Regulations for Section H

All exhibitors & competitors must purchase an entry ticket ($10/head) online at https://www.trybooking.com/COATD.
A prepaid annual membership for $12 (includes parking) is the most economical option. https://www.trybooking.com/CNFDD -
Parking is $5 for every vehicle (excluding members). Gates open at 6am. After 8am the main gate will close to horse transport and entry will only be available through the bottom gate on O’Connell Rd. Parking only in designated areas. Follow signs & YSS volunteer’s directions. (See parking diagram on Website).

All competitors compete at their own risk and it is compulsory for competitors to complete and sign a Waiver Form & Horse Health Declaration when registering online.

Stabling can be organised and paid for during online registration through Nominate or Global ($10 per day). No padlocking or unauthorized moving horses from stables. Offenders will be banned from future shows.

Camping can be organised through https://www.trybooking.com/COOLW ($20 night) when purchasing entry ticket.

The use of electric fences/tape to contain horses is forbidden on Yass Showground.

Riders and handlers of stallions must be 17 years and over.

District events are only open to residents and horses that have resided within 50kmsof Yass Showground for 3 months or more.

All riders in all rings, except the Stock Horse Ring, must wear an approved helmet (Please see Standards on Show Web Page).

Drug Testing may be carried out at this Show. Any competitor found to have breached ASC regulations will be investigated by the ASC Disciplinary Committee.

All competitors, to the best of their knowledge, must ensure they are fit and healthy or they will not be allowed to compete at this event.

All exhibitors must produce proof of age, registration, membership and/or relevant breed and height papers on request for all classes.

Novice classes are for horses and/or riders that have not won a 1st place in the same class at an Agricultural Show.

Intermediate classes mean horses and/or riders that have not yet been placed in their individual events at a Royal Show.

Show Hunter Classes - horses to nominate in either Show Hunter or Hack classes, not both.

Verbal or physical abuse directed toward a judge, steward or another competitor will not be tolerated. It may get you banned from future Ag Shows.

The Committee reserves the right under exceptional circumstances to alter the regulations of any event. Classes, prizemoney and trophies may be cancelled at the Chief Stewards discretion.
